After a fun fall season with over 100 players on the field we are excited about the Spring season of lacrosse in Marietta!
The season will run February - May. We plan to offer boys u9, u11 and u13 if needed and girls u11, u13 and a middle school team.
Sr and Jr Select boys (6th-8th boys) will be run through Marietta High. Tryouts will be Dec 10-11th at MHS. Please reach out via the email below if you have questions. If you are interested in 6th-8th tryouts please fill out the form HERE.

Equipment Purchasing & Rentals from Lax4community
Boys will need stick, helmet, gloves, chest pad, elbow pads, mouthguard and cup (recommended)
Girls will need a stick, goggles and mouthguard.
Play it Again Sports has great used equipment. Dicks Sporting goods has great beginner player packs or we partner with the organization below to rent equipment.

Marietta Athletic Club
Our mission is to create a fun, competitive environment that enables us to teach life lessons through the sport of Lacrosse.
Marietta Athletic Club was formed in 2011 as a 501-C (3) non-profit corporation by a group of dedicated men and women who saw the opportunity to create an independent youth Lacrosse club in Marietta, Georgia.
Prior to the Formation of Marietta Athletic Club there were schools and players in the area who wanted to play lacrosse in a competitive environment, but did not have an avenue to play. Our aim is to promote the game of Lacrosse through a competitive environment, experienced coaching and commitment to the game.
We have players from the following schools:

- Walker School
- Wheeler Jr Wildcats
- Mt. Paran
- Cornerstone
- and beyond.....
Our Programs

All registrants will need to have a current US Lacrosse membership number. The registration process will guide you to the USL site. Membership is mandatory as US Lacrosse is the source of club/coach/player insurance policies.
Players will be required to purchase the following uniform items:
- Reversible jersey
- Team shorts (Boys only)
- Cleats (Recommended)
Boys will need to wear the following protective gear:
- Helmet
- Chest Pad (All chest protectors and shoulder pads must contain the NOCSAE logo and SEI certification mark on both the packaging and the product to be legal for play.)
- Shoulder Pads (May come with chest pads).
- Mouth Guard
- Elbow Pads
- Gloves
- Goggles (Girls only)
- Athletic cup (Boys only, recommended)
The boys play in the Newtown League. The league offers games on Saturdays and some Sundays starting after Labor Day and ending late October. We will practice 2 nights a week at Marietta High School. Practices will be determined once teams are set.
Our girls program is in its 2nd season! We are planning to field a 2nd 3rd and 4th grade team and 5th-7th. We will practice 2 nights a week at Marietta High School. More details to come as we see how many girls we have register! Grab your spot today!
